In order that we may comply with Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and Right to Rent checks we are required to obtain and retain for a period of 5 years copies of your identity documents which may include: Copy Passport, driving licence and or residents permit.

How long do we keep your data?
We will retain records up to one year after our business relationship has ended in accordance with our firms Data Retention period after which time your data will be securely deleted.
